Want to work 1-on-1 with me to change your life?!

Although I primarily teach local classes, I do coach select individuals virtually as well. All of my virtual coaching is done via Zoom sessions, text messages, and sometimes even Facetime / video messaging.

This is a PAID service, and costs vary depending on your goals and the level of support you wish to have. To start, fill out the form below and get the process started! Applying costs nothing. Once I review your application, I will reach out to set up a short phone or Zoom call to discuss your goals further and if I can help you. At that time I will provide you with different cost options for my 1-on-1 coaching.

Thanks so much and I look forward to working with you!

How can I help?

Your Story

Please understand that although I will answer emailed questions from this website for free, this application is for working with me virtually 1-on-1. Sessions will be conducted over Zoom, and I may sometimes text and/or Facetime if available.

The final cost will be provided during the next phase of this application, after I review your submissions and set up a short call with you to see if we're a fit!

Check to Agree

I agree to be contacted by 100 Healthy Habits via the contact information I have submitted. I also understand that there is no guarantee Gemma can work with me 1-on-1, and if I do there is a cost associated with her coaching services.

Although I currently do live and teach classes in West Michigan, I work with clients virtually all over the world! Zoom is our friend!
